FACILITATING small group dialogue on a variety of topics in homes, places of worship, workplaces, schools and other community venues FACILITATING workplace, school and other organizational programs and workshops dealing with diversity, inclusion and social justice issues SUPPORTING program activities, such as recruiting participants, mailings, materials preparation, publicity and marketing, project management, design, implementation and evaluation RESEARCHING the critical human relations issues facing our community as well as the larger world LEARNING through monthly volunteer development programs EMPOWERING themselves and others to make institutional change for a more inclusive and just community for all.
