• Leading constructive community dialogue on Immigration Reform.
• Biennial BRIDGES Progress Report on Human Relations in Greater Cincinnati to measure perceptions of progress in race relations in the Greater Cincinnati region (2006, 2008)
• Support for the production and distribution of the Report to the Community, a newsletter from the Police Department to the community designed to build and strengthen relationships among these two entities. It was distributed to the community at large as an insert in the Cincinnati Enquirer. (2006)
• Founder of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (2004)
• Founded the Jewish-Muslim Dialogue group to build positive relationships between Jews & Muslims based on the common values shared by both faiths. (2004)
• National model for successful voter referendums to overturn anti-gay legislation with the repeal of Article XII, Cincinnati City Charter amendment (2004)
• Leader in improving police-community relations with annual Police Youth Live-In camp, mediation, and communications consulting
• Healing Through History interracial dialogue series in cooperation with the Freedom Center.
