Tynisha N Worthy, Public Allies Program Manager and Fellowship Director, joined the BRIDGES staff in June 2009 and is responsible for working with 2nd-year participants of the Public Allies program, overseeing the Team Service Project (TSP) and supporting BRIDGES Equity Leadership and Youth Programming. Before joining the staff, Tynisha volunteered as a BRIDGE Builder and JUST Community staff member.

Tynisha moved to Cincinnati in January 2000 to attend the University of Cincinnati where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Tynisha is a graduate of the 2003-2004 class of Public Allies Cincinnati during which she was placed at Friendship Reading Center, an after school literacy program serving students at Taft Elementary School, as the Volunteer Coordinator & Events Facilitator. Upon graduating from Public Allies, Tynisha worked at Lighthouse Youth Services as the Volunteer & Special Events Coordinator. Tynisha is a 2008 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Masters in Public Administration. For her Capstone Project, Tynisha partnered with BRIDGES to conduct an Impact Analysis of the JUST Community Youth Leadership Institute.

Tynisha currently resides in Westwood. She is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their full potential and has a personal goal to travel to each of the 7 continents.
